Bell Athletic Apparel is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by country--and cannot be calculated in advance.
*Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Shipping timelines don't apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO Addresses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Bell Athletic Apparel due to an undeliverable addresses or issues at Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you have selected Priority Shipping as your shipping method, we are responsible for fulfilling your order and handing it over to the USPS within 1 business day. We are not responsible if the USPS delivers your package outside of the suggested 1-3 day shipping time.
International Shipping: Bell Athletic Apparel is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
Bell Athletic Apparel does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service.
