Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
After 30 days from purchase date, a refund can not be processed. Your order date can be found in your email confirmation or Facebook receipt that was received upon initial purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging. By issuing a Return to Bell Athletic Apparel, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy. If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded by Bell Athletic Apparel
and a refund will not be issued. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Bell Athletic Apparel
does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Domestic customers: Please visit https://returns.aftership.com/bellathletics.co and enter the email used to place the order to initiate a return. An email will be sent to the address provided with a link to begin the process.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
iIf you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

Disclosure:
If you are returning a “Gift”, you will need the email address that was used to order the merchandise. You can process a return but an Instant Voucher will be sent to the email address that was originally used to place the order. Coordinate with them to receive the Instant Voucher.
If you begin a Return and use the Instant Voucher to make another purchase, and are unable to return your original merchandise, we are unable to cancel your order made with the Instant Voucher and you will be charged for the item that you did not return to our distribution center.
As you process a return and select the items that are eligible for return per our policy, you must include all merchandise that you selected (on the generated packing slip) in the return parcel. If you do not include all items that you selected for return, your refund will be rejected.
If you have used your Instant Voucher and your Return has not been delivered within 15 days your credit card will be charged for the Merchandise you did not Return.
All returns must be correctly processed through our returns system on our website. Each item in the returned package must match the item(s) on the return packing slip. If the packing slip is missing from a returned package, or if there are items in the returned package that are not listed on the packing slip, a refund will not be issued.
You must include all merchandise that you selected (on the generated packing slip) in the return parcel. If you do not include all items that you selected for return, your refund will be rejected. If the packing slip is missing from a returned package, or if there are items in the returned package that are not listed on the packing slip, a refund will not be issued.
If you have used your Insant Voucher and your Return has not been delivered within 15 days your credit card will be charged for the merchandise you did not return.
Exchanges:
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. By processing a Return, we will issue you a Store Credit via an Instant Voucher. That way, you may use the instant voucher for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge towards the correct item/size or for another item. Bell Athletics is not responsible for the cost of shipping a new order.
Refunds:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
There are 2 ways to receive your refund:
1. Instant Voucher: This credit is available immediately to place another purchase on our website. It will be emailed to the email address provided in the original order.
2. Original Payment Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved and you have not used the entire Instant Voucher, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
If you used Store Credit via a Gift Card or Instant Voucher to make a Purchase and return that order you will be refunded Store Credit.
Exchange Rates:
Differences in prices may vary according to the time an order is placed, and the time the payment is processed. When an order or return is processed, the order or refund will be generated in US Dollars. Bell Athletics is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.
The amount paid at checkout and the amount that appears on your invoice is non negotiable. Bell Athletics will not apply retroactive discounts to orders that are being processed or have been processed.
Late or missing refunds:
Please note, refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact the company used to make the purchase (Bank or Credit Card Company). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Currency exchanges can also take longer than the 3-5 business days US banks take to process. Once you have contacted your Bank or Credit Card Company and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bellfitness34@gmail.com.
Damaged items:
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to bellfitness34@gmail.com. If not reported, we will not issue replacements. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact bellfitness34@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.
Non-returnable items: Considered “final sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
Bell Athletics reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
· An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
· An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
· Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Bell Athletics reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Bell Athletics items sent to our distribution center without a return done through https://returns.aftership.com/bellathletics.co will be discarded upon receipt.
