My shipping info is incorrect/has changed
If your package hasn’t shipped, you can email bellfitness34@gmail.com and let us know your order number and correct shipping address so we can update it in our system.
If your package has shipped, we cannot change it enroute. If the package is returned to our Distribution Center, we will email you.
International Customs and VAT
Bell Athletic Apparel is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

What happens if my package is returned to sender or refused?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For items returned to Bell Athletic Apparel due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
My tracking information shows my package as being delivered, but I never received it:
Bell Athletic Apparel does not hold or accept responsibility or issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service.
RETURNS
After you receive a shipping confirmation you can go to the track my package link and enter your e-mail and order number to track your package.
Can I exchange an item?
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Process a Return, we will issue you a store credit via an Instant Voucher once we've received your return. That way, you may use the Instant Voucher for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge towards the correct item/size or for another item. Bell Athletic Apparel is not responsible for cost of shipping a new order.
How do I return an item?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days from purchase date, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
